Super convenient for not having to lug around suitcases, amazing for €4.50 a day, but it's a shame there's no rate for a few hours.

Located near the train station, secure luggage storage

Modern, very clean hotel. The rooms are adequate but not luxurious. It's not very centrally located, and getting there isn't the best, but there's a tram stop very close by, and the train station is just 5 minutes away. There's a fully equipped guest kitchen for preparing small meals. The downside is that some people abuse it, acting as if they have their own kitchen and hogging all the stovetops and pots and pans, making it impossible for other guests to use. Perhaps the hotel should address this so that other guests can also make use of the facilities. There's a luggage storage service, but it's not free, unlike in some other hotels. The good thing is that the price is the same whether you have one suitcase or several.

Very good experience, safe place. It's a wine shop with an antique feel. The owner keeps the luggage at the back of the shop. The only issue is that the price is fixed for the entire day, and in my case, I only needed 3 hours and had to pay for the whole day.

We felt that our luggage was safe and secure. All went according to plan.

The location was about a 25-minute walk from the city center. There was a train station with trams nearby. The access via a bridge was our least favorite part. The reception staff were very friendly, a 10 out of 10. The room was adequate, everything was clean, and the shower was very good.

This is a tobacconist that stores bags. It's very conveniently located, and drop-off and pick-up are easy. There's no wait. The only flaw is that the clerk could have greeted us both when we entered and left the store.

I'm already familiar with this hotel chain, and they're perfect for families with children, especially if you want to prepare your own meals at the hotel, as they have a shared kitchen. These hotels are located on the edge of the city center and are well-connected. For me, it's a must-visit chain when I want to take a short break. The staff at the Bordeaux hotel, everyone who assisted me at different times, was excellent. Although my French isn't very good, they understood some of it and made themselves understood, so that was great, and some even spoke Spanish. Something interesting about this particular Bordeaux hotel is that they ask you at check-in if you want your room cleaned. You can say yes or no, and they will charge you accordingly for cleaning during your stay. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay, and I'll definitely be back. The hotel was fantastic, and so was Bordeaux.

The entire stay went very well. The staff were charming and helpful. The only downside was the expensive and complicated luggage storage system (QR code, etc.) just for storing a suitcase.
