The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from the train station, in a quiet neighborhood. The common areas are well-maintained and clean. The staff we encountered were very friendly and pleasant. The room is quite spacious with plenty of storage space. The only point to review is the difficulty in finding the hotel phone number before booking. I needed to speak to someone who was on-site, not over a phone platform. This was the only negative; the rest was as expected.

Easy to find the store, close to the main attraction! Just few steps away from the landmark :) Luggage is stored at the back of the store so its super safe!

A great welcome from everyone! Toilets were available for changing before the trip and we were able to charge our phones! With smiles and lots of kindness! Highly recommended!

Highly recommended...friendly staff, they let us store our luggage while we waited for the bus to leave...they also allowed us to stay inside the hotel...the bus stop in Bourdeux is on the street so this place was the best choice

Perfectly located hotel near the train station, well served by public transport despite the absence of two tram lines this August, replaced by buses. Rooms are clean on request. A small drawback: mini fridges in the rooms during heat waves wouldn't be a bad idea, even if it's just to store two or three bottles. The fully equipped communal kitchen where you can prepare your own meals also includes two washers and dryers. In the morning, a full all-you-can-eat breakfast is available until 10:30 a.m. for €12.90 and is very varied. If I were to return to Bordeaux, I would book this hotel again.

Great hotel in a very convenient location 7mins walk from the train station. The staff were all very polite and helpful. The room was well laid out, very clean and kids loved the bunks. Breakfast is a very affordable buffet which has everything you need. Highly recommended for families.

Great for temporary luggage storage when you’ve had to leave your accomodation, and have a late flight but still want to tour the city.

Really lovely staff and super quick getting luggage in and out. 100% recommend, felt completely confident leaving my belongings there as a first time traveller. Also really cheap for anyone on a budget.

You book the time slot in the bounce web and leave the bag at the chosen hour. They keep the bag in the back of the store, visible for everyone that enters the store. At first it feels strange that they dont hide the bag a little more and that they don't ask for much identification or verification. However, the store and the people look very safe. The man is very polite and speaks perfect english, which is strange in Burdeous. You go back at the chosen pick up hour and they hand you the bag. I had no issue and the process felt very safe.
