Great service. Communicating safety rules to the point. Excellent location, easy to find and walk there even with trolley suitcases and other luggage.

A nice central location with an easy drop off at a cafe. However, as it is a cafe there clearly isn't any specific storage space for the luggage. Two of our four bags were just stored in the publicly accessible cafe area, despite our asking and the staff member confirming that they would be stored safely away.

Great staff, but they don't have much space; it's better to leave large luggage or multiple items elsewhere.

Good location, easy drop off!

Drop off was really straightforward, but it was a bit more inconvenient picking up the bags as the qr code didn’t scan properly delaying us. We soon got it sorted through 😄

They closed a little earlier, but informed me of this when I dropped off my luggage. There was someone else there when I picked up my luggage and they checked everything thoroughly to verify I was the owner of the luggage.

Very helpful and friendly. I would store my bag here again if I come back to Gothenburg.
