Left our bags there for 10 days. Felt super safe and they were really nice.

So handy for our evening flight we were able to drop our luggage off for the day and continue with adventure until it was time to leave Wellington.

Needed somewhere to store two big suitcases for about 3 hours before my flight out of WLG, and this place was perfect. First time using Bounce so was a little skeptical but everything was perfectly legitimate and a super easy process. Booked the time slot online, walked into the City Stop shop (which is right smack in the middle of Wellington), showed the cashier my QR code, and they led me to a pretty spacious secure room where I left my things (from the looks of it, plenty of other folks were using the service at the same time). Got a tag for my bags, spent the next 3 hours walking around unencumbered enjoying a few more cups of Wellington's delicious coffee, then returned to City Stop, showed my tag to the store worker, retrieved my bags, and went off to the airport. 5/5 experience, would use again.

Great service at Featherston St Wellington. Friendly helpful gentleman in shop. It’s just round the corner from bus stop for AX Airport bus so worked well for us. Would highly recommend
