- The address provided by the application is wrong, in reality the location of the place is 105 Manners st., so at first we did not find the place. Luckily a person was able to help us and we arrived at the right place. Once that issue was resolved, everything went well, we delivered our suitcases without any problem. While I understand that New Zealand is a very safe place, it still feels strange to leave your bags in a convenience store for everyone to see, without a locker or a security door. But the service was good.

- We had a bit of trouble finding the place as we couldn’t see anything in the takeaway shop that suggested it was the place we were looking for but when we realised we were at the right place everything went smoothly and the man we dealt with was very helpful. Pickup and drop off was easy.
