Luggage storage Te Aro

Needed somewhere to store two big suitcases for about 3 hours before my flight out of WLG, and this place was perfect. First time using Bounce so was a little skeptical but everything was perfectly legitimate and a super easy process. Booked the time slot online, walked into the City Stop shop (which is right smack in the middle of Wellington), showed the cashier my QR code, and they led me to a pretty spacious secure room where I left my things (from the looks of it, plenty of other folks were using the service at the same time). Got a tag for my bags, spent the next 3 hours walking around unencumbered enjoying a few more cups of Wellington's delicious coffee, then returned to City Stop, showed my tag to the store worker, retrieved my bags, and went off to the airport. 5/5 experience, would use again.

They were very welcoming they were expecting me and it was a smooth check in and check out. Picked up a snapper card as well and they advised me how it works. Great service as I don’t want to lug my bag around Wellington. I’ll definitely use it again.

Place quite easy to find..straight forward service..I can recommend it

The address provided by the application is wrong, in reality the location of the place is 105 Manners st., so at first we did not find the place. Luckily a person was able to help us and we arrived at the right place. Once that issue was resolved, everything went well, we delivered our suitcases without any problem. While I understand that New Zealand is a very safe place, it still feels strange to leave your bags in a convenience store for everyone to see, without a locker or a security door. But the service was good.

We had a bit of trouble finding the place as we couldn’t see anything in the takeaway shop that suggested it was the place we were looking for but when we realised we were at the right place everything went smoothly and the man we dealt with was very helpful. Pickup and drop off was easy.
