Discover Hamburg luggage storage

Pleasant atmosphere, easy access to everything in Hamburg via the S-Bahn. Clean rooms, friendly staff. The only thing I personally missed was fresh fruit at the buffet.

They were just incredibly kind. And it doesn't seem like there are as many safety issues as some of the comments have said. They were neatly lined up at the very end of the hallway, visible from the front desk, and when I picked them up they carefully checked them against the photo I took when I checked them in.

It's straightforward. The luggage is photographed when it's dropped off, and compared with the image when it's picked up. We'll leave our suitcase there again.

It was great; we've stayed here three times already. Friendly staff, pleasant lobby, and a nice bar (you can get drinks here even after midnight). Clean rooms. Excellent value for money. Great location - near the train station in Altona. We'll be back!

Everything was so easy between the application and both of the hotel employees that attended me during drop off and pick up that it made the experience great.

Unfortunately, the distance information was incorrect, and it took three times as long. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Swift and efficiient. The staircase was packed with cases. But de DB depot was overcrowded and half of it malfunctioning. 4 min walk from Hauptbahnhof Nord.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. You can store your luggage there, and the prices were very reasonable. The breakfast was perfect; I didn't miss anything.

Everything was fine. Close to the train station. Don't be fooled by the hotel's appearance. The staff could be a bit friendlier.

Perfekt! I walked right in dropped my stuff off. They scanned my ticket gave me a tab and everything. Picked it up, handed back tab, and got my stuff. I was able to walk around the city with no luggage! :)

A bit of a run-down hotel. I wouldn't want to stay there overnight. The luggage storage service was excellent, though. The lady was also very friendly. Thank you very much.
