  • They were generally kind. Furthermore, I didn't see the safety issues mentioned in the comments section. The luggage was neatly lined up at the very end of the corridor, visible from the front desk, and they carefully compared it to the photo taken when I checked it in.

  • Simple. The luggage is photographed when it's dropped off and checked against the photo when it's collected. We'll leave our suitcase there again.

  • Swift and efficiient. The staircase was packed with cases. But de DB depot was overcrowded and half of it malfunctioning. 4 min walk from Hauptbahnhof Nord.

  • Due to all the lockers at the main train station being full, we had to switch to a different option and happened to find storage at the Hotel Lilienhof. The hotel itself is rather run-down, but the staff member was incredibly friendly and the service was excellent. I would gladly use it again in the future.

  • It worked. It is located in the reception of an hotel, which I would probably recommend. However, the luggage storage works and probably it is more attractive than the dirty lockers at the Main Station.
