They were just incredibly kind. And it doesn't seem like there are as many safety issues as some of the comments have said. They were neatly lined up at the very end of the hallway, visible from the front desk, and when I picked them up they carefully checked them against the photo I took when I checked them in.

It's straightforward. The luggage is photographed when it's dropped off, and compared with the image when it's picked up. We'll leave our suitcase there again.

Swift and efficiient. The staircase was packed with cases. But de DB depot was overcrowded and half of it malfunctioning. 4 min walk from Hauptbahnhof Nord.

A bit of a run-down hotel. I wouldn't want to stay there overnight. The luggage storage service was excellent, though. The lady was also very friendly. Thank you very much.

Easy to find, good location, it was very easy and there was no issues! Id recommend this service, easy easier than the lockers at the station

We dropped off our suitcase for a few hours and were very satisfied. Easy to find place and very friendly service.

Due to an "overcrowding" of all the lockers at the main train station, we had to switch and happened to be in the Hotel Lilienhof. The hotel itself is more like a flophouse, but the staff was really nice and the service was great. I would be happy to use it again in the future.

It worked. It is located in the reception of an hotel, which I would probably recommend. However, the luggage storage works and probably it is more attractive than the dirty lockers at the Main Station.

Booking via app was successful. Reception and recovery were successful. Hotel is easily accessible. No lines no croweds. Bags were perfect as delivered. All process was simple.

Yes I agree when you see the hotel you may think, no I’m not leaving my case there however the lads were great nothing of great value in my case but it’s left in sight of the staff and it saves us dragging it around Hamburg with us thank you kindly

I thought it was great! The reviews that luggage was stored in the hallway initially unsettled me. And technically these are correct. But this hallway is directly in view of the reception. So it didn't seem unsafe to me. I am happy!
