⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Super service and a completely smooth process! 😊 The staff was very friendly and helpful – everything went smoothly and quickly. The location is perfect: It's only about a 200-meter walk from Hamburg Central Station. Simply take the subway to Hauptbahnhof Nord station (U2/U4) and take the exit towards the Ohnsorg Theater. From there, it's a good 150 meters to the traffic lights – and the luggage storage is already visible on the opposite side. For us, it was the perfect solution for easily storing our luggage in Hamburg. Highly recommended! 🫶

I used Bounce in Hamburg and had a great experience. I found a convenient drop-off location, just steps from the city center and the main attractions. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly quick and easy, allowing me to enjoy the city with complete freedom and without the weight of my luggage. A super reliable and intuitive service, I will definitely use it again!

There were a lot of pieces of luggage there, but with a reservation it wasn't a problem; drop-off and pick-up were very easy.

Very well organized via the app, located near the main train station. Very friendly and accommodating people.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They took our luggage and were very flexible regarding the timeframe. When we returned, they brought our suitcases back and everything was fine!

The drop off was a little bit awkward. The guy in the front desk does not know about the app or the service but took a photo of the QR to send it to his boss. But besides that it was good the bags were safe and everything was in place
