Pleasant atmosphere, everything in Hamburg easily accessible by S-Bahn. Clean rooms, friendly staff. The only thing I personally missed was fresh fruit at the buffet.

My stay at Bounce Luggage Storage - 24/7 Hotel Hamburg City Center was satisfactory overall. Despite staying in a triple room for 8 days, there was no housekeeping or towel replacement during my stay, nor was the trash emptied. The room itself was spacious enough, with a clean and moderately sized bathroom featuring a decent shower. Each person received a room access card, and after 10 PM, access to the hotel was restricted to cardholders only.
