Everything was smooth. It was just finding where I'm supposed to leave home. And you're supposed to walk to the right under the stairs.And there's a cafe and right there.You leave it with them

Easy drop off and pick up. Friendly host and secure space. Totally recommend. As mentioned it’s inside the store plaza all the way in the back.

I struggled a bit because the app didn't give me the QR code, but they treated me well and gave me the attention I needed.

The luggage was received quickly, as was the delivery. The only thing that could be improved is adding some signage indicating where to leave the luggage, as it was somewhat confusing.
