I should take down a star from the app but I don’t want to affect this location. The staff was very nice and communicative, I have only nice things to say about them. We had a small issue- for some reason the app labelled me as picked up even though we still had a few hours, so as you can imagine, a small heart attack ensued, but no issue in the end, my bags were there safe and sound. But that could’ve ended up badly if someone took my bags mistakenly because they were mislabeled.
