Easy check in and check out. In case anyone struggles to find it - it is the antiques market shop. You go in the shop, say you're there for bounce, they scan your code and take your bags to a room and then you collect at your collection time. Very easy to use and would use again.

Easy drop off. Easy collection in the vicinity of Tacoma airport. Left the baggage for almost a week and collected in the same state. At the same time, I was able to have an Ethiopian meal in the same location.

It was a lifesaver. Since it is a hotel, there’s no need to get your stuff before they close up, plus, the hotel staff was really nice and helped us to arrange a shuttle to the airport.

Nice selection of stuff. Luggage storage was awesome. Girl told me at the store, cheaper to just walk in. Save $$$ and just walk in. They dislike the added fees the 3rd party booking parties charge (mine was literally 50% of the storage cost.) Walk in with luggage. Walk out wearing purple (Gogol Bordello fans)

Not only was the Bounce process super easy, the staff member at the location was soooo amazing!! He was helpful, accommodating, and sent above and even helped us navigate local transit.

Convenient location to where we were staying. Drop off was easy but the employee seemed a bit confused even though I'd made reservations. Pick up was again not as smooth due to there being a different employee. Communication both times could have been better.

Very friendly polite shop employee . No hidden charges. Close to Pioneer Square. The old fire station turn bar and restaurant has restrooms. Neighborhood may appear skidrow but ideally close enough to Seattle Art Musiam and waterfront.

Owner was very kind and punctual. Location is 10 steps away from the train which can take you directly to/from airport! Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Bounce Luggage storage. What an awesome way to store your bags and enjoy Seattle.

So pleased with this experience. We didn’t want to carry our post cruise bags throughout the aquarium and were able to quickly schedule and then find the location right off the marketplace. Pick up was similarly positive and we were able to rest our weary feet on their lovely purple couch after spending the day unencumbered by luggage.

Really appreciate the late pick up.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Slightly difficult to find because directions tell you to turn on Yesler. Stop at Suite 106 *before* Yesler. Actually closer to Pioneer Station.

The owner was very polite and helpful. Our luggage was kept safely and the whole process was very easy. It made our last day in Seattle much easier to not have to worry about our stuff.

Very easy to book through the Bounce app. Location is very close to Pike Place Market (but uphill, so might be a bit tricky moving heavier suitcases to leave there). Staff were friendly and it was very easy to store and collect luggage. Easy to find too as the shop is full of purple!

Everything went smoothly with drop off and pick up. They give you a tag and they put it in the back room. I did not realize it is in a liquor/convenience store until the address is provided. It's about a 10 minute walk uphill from the pier. So it's not as conveniently located but it had better hours than some of the other storage units. I was able to drop my carryon from 10 to 7 on a Sunday for $8 per bag so that's really good. I just had to uber back to Pike Place when I dropped it, then back to the bag, then to the train station so location isn't the most convenient. However it spared me from having to lug the bag around town for which I am grateful.

Great experience with the entire transaction. The staff at the hotel were outstanding. Checking in and out was a pleasure. I felt my bags were safe and the staff cared about my business. Great location as well.
