It worked out perfectly for our couple hours we had in Seattle before our train to Vancouver! We will definitely use this again 🙂

The guy at the Mini Mart is super sweet. Loved the experience. Great way to drop luggage and enjoy Seattle before getting on the train. And, the “hood was like any City. I had no concerns.

So easy and accessible from the light rail station. This service was a life saver! We walked from the mini mart to explore Pike St Market and the waterfront, picked up bags, and left for our Airbnb. Highly recommend.

I’ve never used this service before and was slightly concerned about just leaving my bag at a random store but I am very pleased with the service provided. I’ll give a rundown of how it went for anyone who is in the same boat I was and is wondering how it all works. Is only about a 5 minute walk from the light rail station so that’s very convenient. I dropped my bag off at my assigned time, the worker asked to see my booking confirmation and then assigned a number to my suitcase, then placed a tag with that number on the bag. He then brought it back to wherever they secure them and I left for the day. When I went to go pick it back up I just told him the number that was assigned to my bag and it was brought out. It’s not exactly Fort Knox level security but I am satisfied and don’t feel like anyone’s bags are really in any sort of danger. On top of checking the booking confirmation there is also security camera feed being displayed prominently on a TV by the register, impossible to miss. Overall I am very pleased with the service provided and the flexibility it gave me, i would recommend this store to anyone who is on the fence.

Super easy, affordable and convenient. This store is a block off of the light rail so we were able to grab our bags at the end of the day, hop on the light rail and head for the airport.

Drop off & Pick-up were quick & easy. The staff was friendly and answered my questions thoroughly. I will definitely be using Bounce services at Seattle Mart (Pioneer Square) again the next time I'm in Seattle.

Very happy with pioneer mart team. My bags were kept safe and secure and returned to me after my two week road trip around the Rockies.

Convenient for light railway to airport and public transport generally. No issues. Stored out of sight in this convenience store

Small market about 8 min walk from pioneer lift train station. In expensive and efficient.

Shop workers were really helpful. Very close to light rail system. 10 minute walk to waterfront.

Quick and fuss-free location to drop off my bags. One thing to note though, is that they didn’t check my QR code before allowing me to put my bags there. A little more security would be reassuring.

Great spot to stash your luggage! Really nice proprietor, very easy to figure out and only about $10 for the whole day. It made my trip to Seattle way more fun! I didn't book in advance, just walked in and scanned the code on the window

Very close to the Pioneer Station light rail station, Amtrak, Chinatown, & restaurants. Easy to find & affordable. The man behind the counter was helpful, kind, & quick with service. I stored my bags & was able to leisurely walk through Pike Place Market & the Space Needle, for less than half of what Amtrak would have charged to store them before my trip.

This worked perfectly. I liked how the attendant asked us to take a picture of our bags. The other Bounce location we used didn’t do this nor had any bag tags for verification.

Useful downtown location based in a shop. Left cases for a few hours safely whilst killing some time before going to the airport. We had not booked so we're gestured to go online there and then and no issues.
