Luggage storage South Lake Union

We had 9 hours between getting off our cruise in Seattle and catching our plane. We wanted to hang out around Pikes Market but with 9 bags, we thought we couldn’t but my daughter found Bounce and for a minimal fee, we dropped our bags and spent 5 hours having fun. I highly recommend it.

This store was clean and organized. They had a nice space for putting the luggage and backpacks. The light rail stop to the airport and West Lake Mall with the monorail to the Space Needle was just one block away.

Drop off / pick up was easy and the Hyatt House front desk staff was very helpful

This service is VERY convenient! We dropped our bags at the Bounce location. The staff were very nice, even providing us with nearby places to get lunch. We then walked across the street to the Space Needle. This was the perfect location to drop bags until our Airbnb was ready.

Checking in and out was a breeze!

Luggage was stored at the Hyatt House hotel, right behind the space needle and Museum of Popular Culture. Super convenient for seeing the museum. Our suitcases were stored in a locked luggage room so it felt more secure than some Bounce store locations I've used before. We were able to sit in the lobby and rearrange suitcases before heading to the airport, and the staff were nice enough to let us use the restrooms on the ground floor. Would 100% use this location again next time we're in Seattle!

We have never used a service like Bounce before. We didn’t even know such a thing existed. We needed somewhere to put our luggage for nine hours between getting off our cruise ship and heading to the airport. This could not have been any easier! We walked in. They put the tags on our bags, gave us the claim ticket, and we were out the door in less than five minutes. Our bags were held securely and returned to us quickly at the end of the day. For this price, I don’t think you can find a better option. Will definitely consider this again if I need it.

The staff was excellent. They showed us area activities and knowledge advise on transportation.

They were courteous, had special assistance for checking the luggage in and getting it out and it is just across the street from the space needle and very close to the monorail. I highly recommend them.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating inspite of their busyness the day we left the luggage and they kept our luggage inside one of the room. Definitely will use the service again..

My family and I went on a cruise. Once returning to the port at 9am and our flight back home being 1130pm, we used Bounce to store our luggages. The whole process was easy and straight forward. The drop off and pick up were flawless and we were able to enjoy the day, doing city tours and excursions without having to carry our 4 luggages. I’d definitely recommend them. Convenient locations and the price is right. Some locations were open 24hrs and others closed sooner. I’d recommend picking the one that would work best for you. You can leave luggages for 1 day as I did or you can have it for multiple days.

Fast easy drop off and pickup in Seattle near the Space Needle. Will definitely use it again.

I had 7 hours before my flight in Seattle and wanted to visit the Pike Place and the Space Needle but I also had my luggage with me. Thanks to the Bounce! I fully enjoyed my short visit to the two landmarks of the Seattle .

The service was excellent and friendly. After the drop-off, I felt like my belongings were properly secured and did not worry throughout the day. They take your bags, tag them, and then place them in an employee-only closet. Picking up was super easy as well. Completely recommend this place and the service.

Service is excellent. The hotel staff were very efficient . Kept all of our luggage safe & was a real life saver for us. Hotel staff assisted with additional questions as well. Would definitely recommend this location. Right across from the space needle .

Across the street from all of Seattle's major attractions: Space Needle, Monorail, Chihuly Gardens, McGaw Hall, Museum, of Pop, etc. The staff at Hyatt House are superb!!! In and out effortlessly! Easy pay online, show proof and all is good. Highly recommend for luggage storage for a day of wandering.
