Great experience. We paid for 5 bags but they told us they could store a few additional ones at no charge. Staff was very friendly and it was super easy.

They were beyond friendly! Super glad I went with this service and will definitely use again. They even let me hangout in the lobby so I could wait for a ride. Huge kudos to the service and the lobby staff!

What an easy process that gave us peace of mind that we didn't have to carry our luggage around before heading to the airport! I was worried that the employees wouldn't treat us as quickly because we weren't staying at the Hyatt but that wasn't the case. Each employee that helped us, one to put the luggage in the special area/room and one that helped us when we needed to pick it up, were pleasant and helpful.
