Really easy to leave my bags there, holy recommend

It is the Hyatt Place. It's funny because I checked in this place 5 years ago, and now they provide the service... it's still a great place to stow your bags! I was staying out in Bellevue and couldn't stow my bags in the hotel there after checking out since I didn't want to spend $180 on Ubers to and from the city + to the airport afterwards, so this place worked as a great compromise.

Super easy, the receptionist at the Hyatt knew just what to do and led us to the locked storage room where she tagged our bags and gave us a claim ticket

The staff are great! We never used Bounce before and they were more than happy to tell us what we needed to know. They were very responsive to our questions pleasant to deal with and we will definitely use Bounce again!

Hotel personnel were helpful and caring of luggage.they even arranged a shuttle to the airport when we were ready.

Great experience. We paid for 5 bags but they told us they could store a few additional ones at no charge. Staff was very friendly and it was super easy.

So convenient and easy!

I was on a night vacation in Seattle and have never used this service before but it was totally worth it. We had a night flight and wanted to do some sight seeing in downtown. It was nice not having to bring our bags all over with us. The staff was great and let us relax and charge our phones in the lobby before heading to the airport.

it was seamless! i used hyatt place hotel in seattle and the hotel staff was really helpful and competent. drop off and pick up was super simple and easy. will use this service again 100%

They were beyond friendly! Super glad I went with this service and will definitely use again. They even let me hangout in the lobby so I could wait for a ride. Huge kudos to the service and the lobby staff!

Our reservation at another place was double booked. we needed a room fast and were able to get a wonderful room. Everything was comfortable and we enjoyed the stay.
