- It was a lifesaver. Since it is a hotel, there’s no need to get your stuff before they close up, plus, the hotel staff was really nice and helped us to arrange a shuttle to the airport.

- Convenient location to where we were staying. Drop off was easy but the employee seemed a bit confused even though I'd made reservations. Pick up was again not as smooth due to there being a different employee. Communication both times could have been better.

- Great experience with the entire transaction. The staff at the hotel were outstanding. Checking in and out was a pleasure. I felt my bags were safe and the staff cared about my business. Great location as well.

- Perfect location for this perfect service. We had about a half day to spend before our flight so we left our bags at the Hyatt House and went to the Children’s Museum and lunch before hopping on the Monorail to the airport. We were able to quickly drop off and pick up bags, making the most of our last day in Seattle!
