Easy to find and super convenient! The store staff were also super friendly.

We discovered this 45 minutes before the show and had items we couldn't take in! It was great.

Staff was very nice and pick-up/drop off was a breeze. The actual holding place for your luggage was just behind the counter at a slightly sketchy bodega. Admittedly, I didn’t feel fully relaxed until I had my luggage back in hand. However, it was very convenient and it seems like they overall have a good reputation of keeping luggage safe!

The location was great and convenient to the Waterfront and Pike Place Marketplace! I loved that there was space in the front to park briefly when dropping off the luggage. The folks at this location were so nice! I also liked that the luggage was stored in a room and not just behind a counter. They had us take a picture of the number tag they assigned to our luggage. Everything felt very safe! Thank you!

Had spent a weekend in Bainbridge Island, and wanted to enjoy a little shopping before flying back to LA. Found the storage place and was able to enjoy walking around Pike Place Market unencumbered by baggage.

Service was excellent. The only issue was finding the place as Apple Maps takes you behind the building and we didn’t need to do that. Other were lost around us as well. The place is located on the corner of union and Alaskan way

I had a great experience and my luggage was safe while I was touring the city. Once I returned, they had filtered water in a fresh bathroom available for me.

Great location adjacent to the Westlake Center. Accessible from the monorail and light rail. Really clean inside as well. Great public area right out front for relaxing and watching Seattle go by.

Great location, easy drop off and pick up - would definitely recommend. One star withheld because storage was in a back room without a locked door. But the shop was always staffed and didn't have random foot traffic, so it felt adequate for my needs.

Simple process for storing bags. It was our first time using a luggage storage facility and it was fast, easy, and secure. We were staying in the Capitol Hill area and couldn’t check in until 3 pm but needed to store bags so we could be free to explore for a few hours. I would use them again if ever in need. It is very convenient and reasonable.
