What an amazing service by Bounce. It’s like Uber for storing your bags. Easy to use app easy to access hotel locations. Best part is hotel shuttle dropped us back to the airport 😍

We were concerned about what to do with our luggage while sight seeing Seatle prior to our late flight. Bounce was the perfect answer!

Excellent service! Before heading to Olympic National Park, I wanted to travel light, so I booked a luggage storage service at a hotel near the airport through the platform. The staff at Quality Inn were very friendly and helpful, and they completed both the storage and retrieval process quickly. I highly recommend this service!

To the point, no frills. Cheaper than at the airport and honestly it felt like better service than at the airport. They have a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Would highly recommend

Place was not very clean and I was offered another person’s bag when searching for my own. Also, it’s expensive for long term storage. We traveled overseas and didn’t want to have to travel with heavy winter clothes along with our warm climate clothes. We stored our bag for 51 days and it was over $300! Discounts for long term storage would persuade me to utilize them in the future. All said though, they were one of the only places who offered this service and it certainly was nice to be able to store something. The staff was also very kind and friendly. Next time though I should just find a storage unit as it would probably be cheaper.

Easy to locate and able to accommodate our group of 4 with 2 bags each.

The luggage drop-off and pick-up process was quick, and each piece of luggage came with a tag and a pickup slip, which was reassuring. Hotel parking was convenient, with the first hour free. The front desk staff were indifferent, but this didn't affect the overall service.

We had them store our luggage while we went on a 9 day backpacking trip. They were quick, kind, and courteous when we dropped them off and picked them up.

Easy finding a parking and easy check in at the check in desk of element hotel. PLS NOTE THE CHECK IN IS AT THE ELEMENT HOTEL. You would not find BOUNCE notification anywhere. Excellent experience .

Convenient location to check bags after arriving at King Station. Allowed me to explore Seattle unburdened before checking into my hotel. Great staff, very attentive, don’t let the location in a convenience store turn you off!

Easy drop off. Easy collection in the vicinity of Tacoma airport. Left the baggage for almost a week and collected in the same state. At the same time, I was able to have an Ethiopian meal in the same location.

Service was fast and friendly. We left a backpack here for several days while we traveled around. They put the backpack in the corner of the breakfast room which didn't seem completely safe to us.

The Red Roof Inn was the perfect Bounce location for us. We were able to safely store two large suitcases there with all our camping, hiking, and travel gear, allowing us to enjoy our last two days in Seattle completely carefree. This meant we could return our rental car two days early and easily take the metro downtown without having to worry about transporting our luggage. The free shuttle between the Red Roof Inn and the airport was an added bonus and made the whole process even easier. Friendly service, hassle-free booking, and an ideal location. For us, it was the perfect solution – we would use this Bounce location again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it.

Great location at the Red Roof Inn with a shuttle from SeaTac. The young lady at the hotel was very nice and helpful with hints on how most easily visit the Pike Place Market. Only about a 15 minute/ half mile walk to the light rail station which efficiently takes you to the city center!

The parking is difficult bc they gated the lot. Drop off was a breeze. You roll your bag into the office next to the front desk. when I went to pick it up, they told me to go get the bag myself. From that unlocked room. I assumed it was locked…but no. There were many luggages there and they just trusted me to get my own bag. So I don’t think this is that secure.

Ready, helpful check in. 24/7 service was really handy for our 2am pickup!
