We stayed at this hotel when flying in. When we fly out we decided to use their Bounce to storage our bags. We had a good experience with them and the lady at front desk is always friendly and helpful. We took the shuttle to airport at the end of the day which was super convenient too.

A great option for leaving luggage, even for three weeks like I did. I flew to Europe for over three weeks, and they took care of my luggage. The price was very favorable and competitive. At Tacoma Airport, I was charged over $800, but at Bounce, it was $125 with a 10% discount. Everything was quick, efficient, and the service was friendly. I recommend it.

Honestly didn’t know what to expect. Was kind of nervous about leaving my bags, but they used a secure room behind the front desk.They were so nice even offered me a shuttle to the train even though I was just storing bags. Offered me coffee and a key to use the bathroom.
