  • I went before opening time, and although it wasn't pleasant because there were homeless people and drug dealers around, the process of dropping off and picking up my luggage went smoothly.

  • Service was excellent. The only issue was finding the place as Apple Maps takes you behind the building and we didn’t need to do that. Other were lost around us as well. The place is located on the corner of union and Alaskan way

  • Great location, easy drop off and pick up - would definitely recommend. One star withheld because storage was in a back room without a locked door. But the shop was always staffed and didn't have random foot traffic, so it felt adequate for my needs.

Luggage storage near Pike Place Market for tourists exploring Seattle

Recommended for: tourists, families, solo travelers.

If you're visiting Pike Place Market and don't want to drag your suitcase through the fish throwers and flower stalls, there's an easy fix. You can store your bags at the Stewart Street location, which sits right near the market entrance. This spot has handled over 20,000 bags and stays open on Sundays, too. The market sprawls across 9 acres and features multiple levels to explore. Trust us, trying to squeeze through the narrow aisles near the original Starbucks with a rolling bag is no fun. Drop your stuff off first, then wander freely. The market's core area gets crowded fast, especially between 10 am and 5 pm. Without bags, you can duck into the lower arcade levels where they've got comic shops and quirky little stores. Each booking comes with $10,000 protection, so your things stay safe while you're sampling chowder or watching the fishmongers do their thing.

Bag storage options for ferry travelers near Seattle waterfront

Recommended for: commuters, day trippers, tourists heading to bainbridge.

Coming into Seattle by ferry and want to explore before your return trip? The Colman Dock terminal at Pier 52 is just a short walk from Pike Place Market. But hauling your bags up the hill to the market? That's rough. There's a Bounce location on Stewart Street nearby where you can leave your luggage. It's got a 4.8 rating from over 1,500 reviews, which tells you folks trust it. From the ferry terminal, you can walk up to the market in about ten minutes. The waterfront promenade makes for a nice stroll, and you'll pass the Seattle Great Wheel on your way. Storage starts from $2.25, which is pretty reasonable when you consider how much easier your day becomes. Whether you're catching an early ferry to Bremerton or just doing a quick day trip from Bainbridge, not having to carry everything makes the whole experience better.

Where digital nomads can store bags while working near Pike Place

Recommended for: digital nomads, remote workers, freelancers.

Working remotely in Seattle and bouncing between cafes near Pike Place? Carrying a laptop bag is one thing. Lugging around a full backpack or suitcase while you hop from coffee shop to coffee shop is another story entirely. The Belltown neighborhood sits right next to the market and has plenty of spots to work. But first, stash your extra stuff. Bounce has safely stored over 20,000 bags at their Stewart Street spot alone. It's flexible too. You can pick up your bags whenever you're done, whether that's a few hours or a full day later. The market area has decent Wi-Fi in several cafes if you know where to look. Post Alley and the streets around First Avenue have some quieter corners. With 4.9 on the app, booking takes about a minute. Then you're free to work without tripping over your own stuff or worrying about where to put it.
