The location is a large facility (antiques shop with plenty space) so there’s a nice big storage room which is toward front of store. People at cash register knew what they were doing. In other reviews I read how there’s a separate room with a closed door for storage, and that is correct! The man working the store was pleasant and easy to chat with, he also gave a laid back but trusting feel to him, in which I appreciated given I was leaving my belongings there. I would use this service, as well as this location, again. But, it is good to know there are a few unavoidable stairs going into the store (unsure if there is a ramp), as well as practically all up hill by foot to reach the Light Rail/Monorail station at Westlake Center. There are bus stops nearby but also on a hill. Just something to keep in mind. Thank you for keeping my belongings safe!

I loved that there was space in the front to park briefly when dropping off the luggage. The folks at this location were so nice! I also liked that the luggage was stored in a room and not just behind a counter. They had us take a picture of the number tag they assigned to our luggage. Everything felt very safe! Thank you!

The room where I left my bags was left open when I left, there were only two customers in the shop early in the morning, but the shop’s location in Westlake gave me pause about the security of my luggage. When I picked up my bags, the owner did not verify my code so the app thought I hadn’t picked up my bags. Overall a fine experience, but I feel that some kinks could be worked out!
