Staff is super friendly. It was very easy to get our items and I even forgot to grab my umbrella and they let me go back in. No problem and grab what I needed!

The location was perfect, making it easy to enjoy the city without carrying our bags around. The whole process was incredibly easy, from drop-off to pick-up. lovely people. Do know that the map app will take you to a parking lot on top of the building you need to be in. I walked all over and had to ask Seattle residents for help. However, the people at the actual Bounce location were very nice.

This is in a very convenient location at a spot with so much to do. The owners especially the husband are so sweet, funny and polite. My bags were nice and safe until I returned. If I come back in the area I would absolutely return to this location.
