lovely people. Do know that the map app will take you to a parking lot on top of the building you need to be in. I walked all over and had to ask Seattle residents for help. However, the people at the actual Bounce location were very nice.

This is in a very convenient location at a spot with so much to do. The owners especially the husband are so sweet, funny and polite. My bags were nice and safe until I returned. If I come back in the area I would absolutely return to this location.
