Luggage storage Near the Gum Wall

This location was very convenient to store our luggage after a cruise while waiting for a late night flight. Right nearby, you can take the monorail to Seattle Center and the space Needle. Then you can take the monorail back and hop on the light rail train from Westlake station to go to the airport. It was a very easy process to drop off and pick up our bags. The location is very nice and clean, and the owner was friendly. It is located in a tattoo studio, which may sound strange, but it looks more like an upscale salon inside. The Westlake train station is very hard to find. Just go exactly where Google maps says to go, and there is basically a hole in the wall with a single elevator down. We didn't see a sign outside at all, but there is a little one on the wall next to the elevator.

Super easy to use. Friendly guy showed me where to put my bag - there were others there too. Saved me wheeling it around sightseeing!

Fantastic service easy use not far from metro station to seatac airport

Pleasantly surprised! I was worried about leaving my suitcase in my SUV, in fear someone would break into my car and steal it. My kids iPads, my iPad and work laptop needed to be secure while we checked out Pike Place. I had peace of mind and enjoyed my trip while we had a relaxing time visiting

Used this location on the last day of my trip and had a pleasant experience. They are open until late in the day and the place was clean and luggage was placed safely in a room with other luggage.

Our flight wasn’t until 10 pm we had gotten off our cruise around 10 am so we Dropped our luggage off with them and were able to walk around the city with ease that our items were safe and secure. Staff was friendly and respectful

East drop off and pick up

When we showed up the person didnt speak English. She just pointed to our bags and her phone. Scanned our phone and then pointed to a door. We walked to the door and it was a back room with alot of other bags. Its in a tattoo shop which is fine but the initial interaction just made me a bit uneasy. When we came back there was someone that spoke English and just pointed back to the door again. We grabbed our bags and left.

It's a safe place to store luggage, but the staff isn't very welcoming; you have to go to the back of the warehouse to store your bags and then retrieve them yourself. They should have better baggage management and labeling.

A very clean, neat place. I wish they kept the door to the storage area closed though.

Not as close to the Gum Wall as we thought but smooth and easy transaction.

The area where our backpacks and other luggage were kept was just bare floor; not clean; and while secured from public view and access, it was in plain view and access to anyone walking through the area
