Very convenient for downtown Seattle and surrounding area. Was so grateful not to have to schlep luggage around for 4 hours. Nice and professional help. Was a little surprised it wasn't a place that locked everything up. But it was all well taken care of and ready to go on our return.

So glad we found this option. Were back from our cruise at 7am and our flight didn't leave until 11pm. Didn't really want to lug all our luggage around Seattle all day. You have to actually go into Pike Grocery to drop your luggage. If the Bounce logo wasn't on the front door, we wouldn't have been sure we were in the right place. But was definitely happy they offered this service.
