Great service and clear. Was nervous just handing bags over, but the on hand staff at site were friendly, helpful and the Bounce instructions made for a smooth and clear bag drop ajd pick up.

We dropped our luggage here for the day while we explored before our late night flight. The check in process was quick, easy and really affordable! The location felt secure and when we got our luggage back, it was easily as quick and easy and everything was there as expected. Highly recommend!

Very convenient for downtown Seattle and surrounding area. Was so grateful not to have to schlep luggage around for 4 hours. Nice and professional help. Was a little surprised it wasn't a place that locked everything up. But it was all well taken care of and ready to go on our return.
