All good easy in and out Only issue I face was that the storage place is inside deli store and there is no sign for Bounce storage inside or outside . They need to put out the sign.

Absolutely fantastic service for the Ruhamah grocery in Seattle. Polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The owners offered for us to wait inside whilst our taxi arrived and offered to help in the unlikely event that it didn’t turn up. Would definitely recommend. We had had to amend our booking and it was so easy and we were refunded for our original booking immediately.

We used this service after getting off of the Cruise. There was a bag holding location close to Pier 66 however, they did not remain open past 3 PM which was not conducive for us because we had a late flight. After doing a little research, I found Bounce and a perfect location for us to leave our luggage that was between The Needle and Pike place. We had over 16 bags and yet our drop off and retrieval were seamless. I highly recommend using the location on 1st Ave.

I had to change our original reservation to add in our small bags, and it was easy. We had our bags there most of the day and it was easy to pick up and head to airport from there. Would recommend!

Good location not too far from Space Needle. Simple drop-off and pickup process. Luggage was stored in a back room which appeared to be secured. Was able to drop off slightly earlier than booked. Really pleased with the service
