Easy to find, and upon arrival, we were offered tea while dropping off our luggage. Everything was great! Good price compared to the airport.

I felt safer because my bag was always placed on top of the CCTV and stored in a public area. Moreover, the spa was clean, so I was even able to get a massage during my free time.

pick up & drop off was very easy, it was a little difficult to find the entrance at first but we were directed down a little alleyway by a neighbour and met by a very sweet and kind lady who took great care of our bags. i had no concerns about our bags for the rest of the day. thank you!!!!

Location was semi easy to find, just ask a local out the front and they will guide you to the location. The gentleman was very friendly and moved our bags away from the front entrance and took good care for them! Definitely recommend this place

Super easy and efficient

If you have bags to store for a few hours or a day, it's fine. Cheap and easy. But forget about walking here. Instead, take a Grab/Taxi, stop at the storage facility, and off you go. Quick, professional, and top-notch check-in and check-out! Well done.

Had to ask around where Coco Spa was - it’s in the second floor of the New World Saigon hotel! Drop off and pick up were so seamless, just had to mention Bounce and the reception staff accessed my booking. Would use this service again!

The location is excellent, near Ben Thanh Market, making it highly recommended for tourists. I left my luggage there for four days and had no problems. However, it's just placed next to the tour desk, so don't leave anything valuable inside.

the location was easy to find in a street of the main one just behind a juice stall. the staff were lovely and very attentive giving us perfect recommendations for places to visit before our train while we stored our luggage. the man spoke english well and communicated with ease and enthusiasm! would highly reccomend.
