Great location and efficient pick up

It was a stylish shop and the staff were very kind.

Taxis were unhappy as the satnavs sent them down very tight lanes but we got there in the end. The place closes at 10pm but they are contactable and will open up for you.

Taxis found it a bit difficult to find. But all good otherwise.

I had to take the luggage down myself

The location is a super short walk through an alley. I left my luggage there for a couple days and it was perfectly intact when I received it. Thomas was the sweetest and he even has different home stays throughout Saigon, definitely recommend booking with them!

Our luggage was returned promptly and safely. You have to go down a long alley way to find this place. It is at the very end of the alley.

SGN airport luggage storage service ends at 23:00 so Bounce is a good option if you need storage and pick-up overnight. Difficult to walk to Bounce from the airport, but it’s only a quick 5-min Grab ride away. Convenient, inexpensive 24/7 service.

Although the location is a bit out of the way, I felt that my items were being stored safely. I will update you again when I retrieve them. I just picked up my bag, and they kept it safe in a dedicated storage area.

Easy and efficient storage service!

I looked for a place near Ben Thanh Market. Initially, I made a reservation at an Indian restaurant, but it was closed, so I quickly changed my reservation to Coco Spa. It's located on the second floor of the New World Hotel. It's a place with a high-quality atmosphere. When I told the staff it was for Bounce, they were able to take care of it smoothly. A different staff member picked it up, but there were no problems. I will use them again if I need a place to store my luggage on my next visit.

I highly recommend them! They are incredibly helpful and always available!

Bounce Luggage Storage Tân Định (Bounce Luggage Storage Tân Định) was super convenient and made travelling a lot easier. The location was easy to find, and the check-in process was quick and straightforward. Dropping off and picking up luggage was smooth with no issues at all. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything felt secure, so I had no worries leaving my bags there while exploring. Really handy option if you’ve got time to kill before a flight or check-in would definitely use again.
