Booking is straightforward, but the shop isn't open continuously. You should arrive very punctually, as the owner is presumably only there when needed. However, she arrived promptly after contacting me via message. So, you shouldn't be in too much of a hurry.

I was only stopping over in HCM before a flight and didn’t want to carry my backpack around. Found this online and it was very close to the overnight bus drop off point. Reasonable prode to save the hassle of carrying my bag through the city. Secure location & the staff are very friendly as well.

Everything was very easy and convenient! The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the place was also very nice.

It’s a good place to leave your bags. It’s in a hotel. I had two 23kg bags, so it was a bit of work getting to the spa with both bags… you have to go though the lobby, elevator and go to the spa.. there are carpet floors and doors, so not great of you have a lot of luggage. If you’re carrying a lot of weight, it would probably be easier to drop the bags at a shop that faces the road.

I checked my luggage and had dinner at Papa Dum's, an Indian restaurant. It was my first time using Bounce, and it was convenient.

This was my first time using Bounce, and I was able to conveniently leave my luggage. Since it's an Indian restaurant, I was able to pick up my bags a little early in the evening and have a meal, leaving me plenty of time to head to the airport. Thanks to this, my trip was enjoyable.

Leave your bags at the hotel spa office.

I thought there were lockers, but instead I left my backpack in an office at the spa in this hotel.

A great opportunity to store your luggage. Before my flight to Phu Quoc, I checked in a large bag so I wouldn't have so much to carry. Everything went perfectly, from booking to pickup. I would definitely use this service again. The bag was protected with plastic wrap, and the team on site were very friendly and helpful.
