I was able to drop off and pick up my luggage without any problems thanks to my prior reservation. You have to go up stairs, so those with heavy luggage should be prepared! It's located in a busy area, making it a convenient place to drop off luggage during a trip. Thank you!

I was only stopping over in HCM before a flight and didn’t want to carry my backpack around. Found this online and it was very close to the overnight bus drop off point. Reasonable prode to save the hassle of carrying my bag through the city. Secure location & the staff are very friendly as well.

We left our luggage for 15 days and found everything perfect. The place is located on one of the main streets (at night); Google Maps was sending us in a different direction (like behind the hotel). You just have to walk along the main street and find the number 99 on a large sign.

Perfect. Just a small FYI. this place is located on the most crazy street in the city. It's closed during the evening for parties and you will not be able to get a taxi - you'll have to walk to the other street. Everything else is good. Will use again.

Perfect service. The „steep stair“ mentioned by others are merely 12 or so steps. No mountain to climb with your luggage in hand 😂. Perfect spot to drop your luggage and go exploring.

I left my suitcase there for storage because I had gone on a trip for a few days.

It was an easy transaction and the lady at reception was very helpful. Side note - follow the address exactly as this is a hotel offering this service and a little difficult to find on google maps!
