The people at the cafe were very accommodating and very helful with the storing of my luggage. It's in a central location and even though it's on the 1st floor they have a lift which can be accessed once asked for permission. I liked the fact that it opens at 9, so I was able to drop off early and enjoy my day (hands free)

The suitcase was quickly and safely stowed and then promptly returned, making my trip into the city much easier.

Flawless experience. The personnel understood English and everything was fine. My luggage was in a safe place behind the counter. Very convenient place - 7 minutes walk from Salzburg Hbf.

The stay was pleasant. Was surprised to receive 24 hours day pass for public transport. Also enjoyed playing at the pool table. Happy with the service.

Quick and friendly

It wasn’t cheap but when we realised that the lockers at the train station were completely full, this was a convenient alternative. It was easy to book and the people at the location were very helpful! The location was also very central.

The price/performance ratio was really good for Bounce. It's also close to the main train station.

Staff really friendly

We ended up here when all the luggage lockers in the station were full. It’s a bit pricier than a big locker but the staff were really welcoming and helpful. The bags were stored in the secure office where they work. Would recommend to anyone in a similar situation.

A little confusion on payment at pick up. We had to pre-pay before drop-off, but staff wasn't sure we had paid.

Good site, allows you to keep your belongings safe for a reasonable price. However, its database isn't updated all the time: I booked with a store that ended up no longer using the right company. But customer service was very responsive and refunded and made it easier to book a replacement. I recommend it, thanks Kim!

Very good drop and pick up. Host was very good. Even had enough time to have the Apple Strudel in cafe.

The hostel is super nice, the rooms are very nice. The only bad thing was that they charge for leaving bags before or after check-in. Other than that, everything was great.

They take money from you through Bounce and atore your luggage. Most hotels do that for free but they have a charge for it. It's convenient if you are planning to explore city and do not want to spend the night

the hotel in Salzburg is in a convenient position to reach by public transport or by car, it has convenient parking in front of the hotel. I found it inappropriate to pay for luggage at reception for 3 hours. The clean rooms and comfortable mattresses. The breakfast was a little poor but still good. helpful and competent staff. If instead you intend to go to Munich: change hotel chain because it is dirty and falling apart (the bathroom door fell on me and not only did they not apologize but they didn't even have ice or first aid kit), and the staff is incompetent..

Convinient, could be cheaper for shorter durations!

The hotel is simple but has everything we need. Check-in is only at 3pm, but there is a place to leave your luggage. You can easily get to the city center by public transport. Next to the hotel there is a shopping mall with several shops and a supermarket. There is also a very good pizzeria. The receptionists speak perfect English and are very helpful and friendly. I recommend the hotel for short stays.
