Good location, it could be closer to the Salzburg Arena, but it was convenient enough to go to an event and leave my suitcase, although one right at the arena would be better.

Everything was fine, but when picking up the car they forgot to scan the QR code. I had no problem with that, but then I got the automated message that my booking was still open. I contacted the help desk, who then closed the booking manually.

Excellent service and highly appreciated. But really need to highlight on google business/google maps that the luggage storage is in the actual hotel. I walked around looking for "Bounce" signage and only confirmed the location by quickly looking at previous reviews on Google. Really loved the efficiency of booking the Bounce service online (1min) and just having a QR code to show.

Very clean location. Staff was professional & courteous. We felt very safe leaving our luggage at Elisa’s while we spent the day exploring Salzburg.

Front desk person was very friendly, dropping and picking up the bags was a breeze. The location is just one bus stop from the train station, so it was very convenient. I would use the service again
