Staff really friendly

We ended up here when all the luggage lockers in the station were full. It’s a bit pricier than a big locker but the staff were really welcoming and helpful. The bags were stored in the secure office where they work. Would recommend to anyone in a similar situation.

Excellent service and highly appreciated. But really need to highlight on google business/google maps that the luggage storage is in the actual hotel. I walked around looking for "Bounce" signage and only confirmed the location by quickly looking at previous reviews on Google. Really loved the efficiency of booking the Bounce service online (1min) and just having a QR code to show.

It is a great location for dropping with high secure for the bag. The distance is just two blocks away from train station, easy to walk through or even take a bus. Lady staff at the front desk is very welcome, helpful, and responsive. Just took 2 mins for luggage deposited. Superb

Easy to find location at Villa Elisa - straight shot walk to/from train station

I placed my luggage here and it was all safe. The people on reception was also too good. I reliable place to keep the luggage. Also this is within a hotel and keep your luggage in a store room. The only suggestion is that as of now the facility is till 6pm and it should be extended to minimum 8pm.

Very clean location. Staff was professional & courteous. We felt very safe leaving our luggage at Elisa’s while we spent the day exploring Salzburg.

Great option when the luggage storage units at the train station are full on summer weekends. A bit pricy, but also safe, secure, and straightforward. Great friendly service as well.

It was located in the hotel lobby and wasn't terribly far from the train station when walking with our luggage. They were kind enough to let us reorganize our suitcases a little when we came to pick them up because we went out and bought some souvenirs before we had our late train ride. Something to keep in mind if you wanted to explore in to the evening more is that their lobby closes at 6 pm so you have to get your luggage beforehand or it'll be stuck. Overall an easy experience and both staff members we saw were helpful and kind!
