Lovely stuff, friendly service 👌, close to bus station

Very sweet staff, a little different from other storage spaces because no lockers, but the staff was very trusting so keeping luggage for a few hours was a good idea as the hotel was very close to the train station.

Everything went smoothly

This was very efficient. I'm grateful for this option because it was the only one I could find in Salzburg to accommodate a large ski bag.

Easy to find and smooth service

A good experience. Simple and quick to drop off. Collection simple too. Ideally placed for station - just had to walk behind the flats to the hotel. For some reason I had to mark the app that I had collected the item as it was sending me reminders to pick up when I had already collected.

Great safe storage place near the train station. The front desk lady was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Everything was fine, but when picking up the car they forgot to scan the QR code. I had no problem with that, but then I got the automated message that my booking was still open. I contacted the help desk, who then closed the booking manually.

Just around the corner from the station. Bags stored in a room where reception desk was. Easy drop off and collection. All secure. Friendly. Only improvement would have been where they are all roped and locked together as with others we have used. Felt safe though and everything was as we left it. Got the service we paid for.

A little confusion on payment at pick up. We had to pre-pay before drop-off, but staff wasn't sure we had paid.

Good site, allows you to keep your belongings safe for a reasonable price. However, its database isn't always up-to-date: I booked with a store that ultimately no longer uses the correct carrier. But customer service was very responsive and refunded me and facilitated the replacement booking. I recommend it, thanks Kim!

Friendly staff but luggage was stored around the tables in a cafe to my surprise, it worked fine at the end!
