Discover Sofia luggage storage

After traveling for 20 hours I was really happy to store my luggage at Bounce. The staff spoke perfekt englisch and was really friendly. I could also use a bathroom. I'll unse this luggage storage again.

You don’t have there lockers, but somebody from reception will always help you and get your things from the storage room -> in the later hours, ring the bell :-). Also, as it is in some kind of hotel, I was able to brush my teeth, change clothes in the bathroom, that’s a nice extra point, if you traveling over night as me.

There we so many luggage storage places in Sofia, but we choose this place on first try. We had no regrets with the price, location, and security of our luggage. All available 24 hours a day. No need to deal with lockers, but a person to interact with. Please choose this place and you will have no regrets.

I dropped off my suitcase at 6:30 in the morning. They opened it quickly and the stay was easy. Everything went well for everyone.

Great system, very easy to use and felt very secure. Look for the Atrium building, there's only 1 small poster, was expecting to see bigger one's but was easy enough to find. Would use again, definitely. Check their site for a promo code for first use too!

The staff were so helpful. Checking in and checking out were very fast and easy. And the location was convenient especially for international bus and train stations.

Great Location, friendly staff and felt very safe

The luggage was left in a room in the hotel. The gentleman was very helpful. Our QR codes were not working but he still allowed us to keep our luggage. We scheduled the check-out for 5:30 pm but we arrived earlier and were able to collect our luggage without any problems. The access to the hotel, for those coming from Serdica, is a little poorly maintained and smells bad.
