They didn’t really know too much about the bounce service.

Waited to book until we'd been to the store and confirmed they were taking bags after reading other reviews, when we got there were able to check our bags in in less than five minutes! Collection was smooth and easy. Would definitely use this left luggage location again.

After discovering my intended location had actually moved far away, I was grateful the UPS rep figured out how to handle our baggage storage. The location was a quick Lyft/Uber ride away from downtown and the airport.

Great service. Would have been better if the UPS store had known anything about bounce. They had no idea this was a thing.
