It was very convenient, and thanks to that, I was able to have a light afternoon schedule for returning home.

It was quick and they didn't give us any problems. When making the reservation, it wouldn't let me choose a pickup time and the girl told me it was set to 5:00 PM. I asked if I could save it for a couple more hours and there was no problem.

Location was perfect. Very easy to find and the staff were so polite and helpful. Felt very safe leaving our luggage here for the day before our flight. Very reasonably priced as well. Will definitely use their service again :)

Friendly staff, safe and convenience location between Ubud/East Bali to Sanur Harbour and Airport. I kept my luggage here for my Nusa Penida overnight trip.

Amazing! The location is just 5 minutes from the airport, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We even had a shower, with everything we needed: a towel, shampoo, hair dryer, toothbrush, etc. Quick and easy service for both drop-off and pick-up.

Friendly service and smooth process but our bags were stored very near the front door, which didn't feel very safe.

The site was wonderful, they kept my bags really well. The customer service handled all the stuff incredibly.

Pulled up straight outside. Helped to take inside. Easy check in. Given receipt and photo of tag on case and photo of guy in office with us. They then update all info onto app.

Clean and friendly staff who helped right away with luggage storage and pick up. They took care of a musical instrument and remembered the bag was fragile at pickup a month later! Close to Bali airport but just make sure you account for Bali traffic to get to and from this location.

Everything was good, the luggage isn’t in a separate locker but I felt like it was relatively safe, it’s an office. When I came to collect it back the store was closed though and we had to wait half an hour for someone to come and get us the luggage, maybe improving that would be great.
