Good overall experience! This specific location is not a locker, but rather a hotel and you leave your luggage with the hotel staff at their security room. The members of staff were really helpful, friendly and nice - 5 stars to them! Im giving 4 stars just for the following: Be careful choosing luggage type - there is a category called “small” with a picture of a handbag and “purses, tote bags” in the description. And then there is a category called “regular” for “suitcases, backpacks”. So, you would pay the same for storing your 79cm 30kg suitcase and a 30cm 5kg backpack… I tried to book my backpack as “small” but the hotel staff asked me to change it to “regular” - I cannot blame them as they just follow the Bounce set rules, which sound illogical to me.
