The lady at the designated location, a small souvenir shop, was very friendly and kept our luggage in a back room, a separate room, which gave us a really good and safe feeling. We received a number, and both drop-off and pick-up were completely hassle-free and very convenient. We are very happy and grateful for this service.

- Hard to find, but once you find it, everything's great. Friendly staff. I find the additional fees for three pieces of luggage quite high, but this store isn't responsible for that. It's best to reserve in advance, as the app accepts your luggage, saving you time, etc. 🙂
