Top ratedThe location is a literal spice, dried fruit and candy shop in the underground passage to the metro and that is amazing. Location is just perfect (~3min) from the central station. We booked it and then just went in, gave the bags and left, considering that the luggage storage in the station usually is full this is your next best option.

We had 11 bags among six of us trying to visit the Christmas markets before our flight, and the lovely counter worker made it all work despite a tiny storage room! Be aware that the elevator is a bit strange going upstairs, but I would use them again

Glad I found this place, I needed the 24-hour service. Friendly staff, easy to get to from the bus stop. The only thing I would have liked to see is the staff match the name sticker to an ID, to ensure you were taking the bag that belonged to you. That made me a bit nervous!

Not 100% clear that it is Bounce luggage storage location since there is no signage, so perhaps add a sign. Otherwise had a great experience and the shop worker was so kind and helpful. Easy to use!
