drop off process was quick and easy. First time using bounce and I think is a great idea! We checked out from the airBB at 10 am and still had the whole day before our train to a new city. we were able to enjoy without worrying about luggage. Conveniently located near the train station and friendly staff.

Everything is perfect!!!! Just one thing: it wasn’t easy to find the right elevator.

So easy and relaxed, no having to try and change a machine to English, just show the young lady your QR code, stick the luggage in a cupboard and it's done. For pick up, show the young lady the QR code, pick up your stuff and off you pop.

Really easy, just come in , show the code and leave or take your bags. The bags stay in a closed area. However nobody controls if it is your bag or not.
