The staff member was very friendly and helpful, but overall I found the service quite expensive. They charge you for a full day even if you only leave your luggage for three or four hours, which doesn’t seem very flexible. We were also charged the regular suitcase rate for a fairly small, soft fabric bag, which I thought was a bit excessive given its size. The service itself was fine and the lady working there was lovely, but the pricing could definitely be more reasonable and better adapted to shorter storage times and smaller bags.

Very kind, but they changed the pickup location and that makes me uneasy.

Lovely SPICE Store - smells wonderful and a nice and safe place to drop a case. Ideal for train, metro or tram but we found it a little difficult to get to by uber from the city Center due to the location.

Excellent service, I only wish would be for this location be 24 hours. Process was quick and easy.

Quick drop-off and pick-up.

I highly recommend it. It's right in the city center, right next to the train station. Safe and quiet. Fantastic service, and despite my mistake, I was able to arrange everything successfully. I'll definitely be back with my luggage and recommend it to others because it's truly worth it – especially if you need to leave your luggage for more than the standard 2-3 days. I'm extremely satisfied :-)

A very nice, safe, and affordable (30 PLN) luggage storage facility with a very friendly staff. The location is in a confectionary supply store, very close to the central station. You need the Bounce app, which is very intuitive and easy to use. For picking up our suitcase on time, we received a bonus to use towards our next luggage storage service.

Friendly staff, even though they did not speak english they helped us easily. Very fast drop off and pick up. Only the stuff is kept in the back of the store, so I wouldn't want to leave my stuff there overnight personally.

You just need to provide the correct address and you will be perfect.

Why did I have to ring the doorbell several times and stand in front of the door for over 10 minutes until the employee came and gave me the suitcase, annoyed?

An arrow to indicate the stairs would be perfect. To be recommended anyway.
