Easy to find, helpful staff and quick pick up. Perfect to walk around without carrying luggages.

The staff member was very friendly and helpful, but overall I found the service quite expensive. They charge you for a full day even if you only leave your luggage for three or four hours, which doesn’t seem very flexible. We were also charged the regular suitcase rate for a fairly small, soft fabric bag, which I thought was a bit excessive given its size. The service itself was fine and the lady working there was lovely, but the pricing could definitely be more reasonable and better adapted to shorter storage times and smaller bags.

Seamless process, reasonable rates, easy to access location from Central Train station (10-15 minute walk with roller suitcase). Staff at location very pleasant, open daily into the evening (but check if hours change in the future). Absolutely recommend.

Lovely SPICE Store - smells wonderful and a nice and safe place to drop a case. Ideal for train, metro or tram but we found it a little difficult to get to by uber from the city Center due to the location.

You just need to provide the correct address and you will be perfect.

Why did I have to ring the doorbell several times and stand in front of the door for over 10 minutes until the employee came and gave me the suitcase, annoyed?

An arrow to indicate the stairs would be perfect. To be recommended anyway.

Very easy to get there, really convenient!

Quite easy to get to, close to the central station. The service man didn't say a word to us, but for some people this will be a plus. I can confidently recommend it ;)
