Kind staff and they said as long as you're back by midnight, the timeslot to pickup doesn't really matter. I will DEFINITELY be back.

Staff was awesome. I can't remember the name but she was so warm and friendly and loved chit chatting with her while I dropped my luggage off. I felt so good and leaving my things with her and trusted they would be safe. 10/10 would use again. Also that woman needs a raise. She was multi tasking like no other all while interacting with her customers and making them feel welcome

We arrived at about 9:05am, but no one was at the store until about 9:20am (even though opening time was listed at 9am). Once employees arrived, it was quick and easy!

Very good customer service, the staff seemed to know exactly how to handle Bounce storage. My one concern is the labels that were wrapped completely around the handle of our luggage. They were very difficult to get off, and I actually had to wait until I used home and use Goo Gone to completely remove the paper and adhesive residue. I would suggest using labels more like the kind that airlines use to tag luggage, the label adheres only to itself and not to the luggage surface.
