- I think it would be best to have a visible sign that says the store has Bounce services. Especially would be helpful to tourists who is not really familiar with the system. Or the app can alert the user saying the bounce is actually in the X store so the user will know they shouldn’t be looking for a Bounce store

- A little chaotic at the retrieval stage, but no worries. That's the facts when the store has regular business and then three people show up to pick up bags also. All in all, a good experience.

- Service was good but too pricy (we paid 26 pounds for two suitcases and two cabin size backpacks for 7 hours), it would be great if there are options of different price for different sizes bags.
