It was the first time we used this service and I must say that it exceeded our expectations, and it was also great that it was located in the building where we were staying! The owner of the establishment was super helpful with us, explained very well how the service worked, and our bags were delivered perfectly! So we 100% recommend that you leave your bags in this place! Note: in addition to this spectacular service, this is one of the few cafés that is open 24/7. And in Spain, that is rare!

From what I saw on the internet I expected them to be lockers and I could put in or take out whatever I needed. In this case it was a cafeteria and the waiter is the one who kept my things. The experience was not bad, but it is not what I expect from a place to store my things, so for the moment I will not repeat

I was kindly received by the gentleman behind the bar. He was very helpful. I was allowed to sort out my things in peace. When I returned, he immediately recognized me and immediately gave me back the correct backpack. Had a nice experience!

Perfect. The owner of the bar is there from early morning until late (11pm) and told us that there was no problem if we arrived later than our reservation time.

It would be great if there was a sticker or something outside saying that there is a luggage pick-up point. It is clearly indicated on the map and can be found straight away, but it helps once you know where it is.

A separate area for luggage would make sense and appear more professional.
