This was the first time we used this service and I must say it exceeded expectations, plus it was excellent that it was located in the building where we were staying! The owner of the establishment was super helpful to us, explained very well how the service worked, and the bags were delivered perfectly! Therefore, we 100% recommend leaving your bags at this place! Note: in addition to this spectacular service, this is one of the few cafes that is open continuously. And, in Spain, that's rare!

Perfect. The owner of the bar is there from early morning until late (11pm) and told us that there was no problem if we arrived later than our reservation time.

Easy and friendly

It would be great if there was a sticker or something outside saying that there is a luggage pick-up point. It is clearly indicated on the map and can be found straight away, but it helps once you know where it is.

From what I saw online, I expected lockers where I could put in and take out whatever I needed. In this case, it was a café, and the waiter was the one who stored my things. The experience wasn't bad, but it's not what I expect from a place to store my belongings, so for now, I won't be using it again.

I received a friendly welcome from the gentleman behind the bar. He was very helpful. I was allowed to pick out my things at my leisure. Upon returning, he immediately recognized me and returned the correct backpack. A great experience!
