It's not so hard to find as people claim. Nice staff and very safe to drop bags. Perfect for a day trip to Nara park with luggage.

Everything went as expected. The staff were really friendly, and both the drop-off and pick-up were quick and problem-free. In the meantime, we explored Nara Park and collected our luggage half a day later.

Really easy the location is in a drugstore near the station ideal if you are going from Osaka to Kioto and want to stop at Nara in between

Please note that the entrance is via a side street off the main street. The staff is very attentive and the location is convenient, close to the station.

You can check in and retrieve your luggage 24 hours a day, and the large size lockers can accommodate carry-on size suitcases.
