Everything was good.

The location was close to the tram station. I had plans to take the Twin City Liner, and access to the ferry terminal was also good. The staff were all friendly and kindly accommodated my broken English.

The worker was so kind, I highly recommend this spot 🥰

Good location, friendly staff

Drop off was very easy, staff were incredibly friendly. Location a bit difficult to get to, especially by walking.

Quite a surprising place, you walk through the restaurant dining room, but everything is fine. Don't hesitate to try their food while you're there.

It was a little hard to find that it was on the second floor, but the staff were very kind.

We got the wrong bag. No problem, mistakes can happen but the lady was not friendly at all.

The place was a bit hard to find since its located in a HUGE shopping mall. The people hardly spoke english and it was a bit hard for us to understand each other. But if you are looking for a place to store your luggage near the bus station in Bratislava, this place is the perfect place to do so. Just dont come with any (high) expectations of the service cause you’re litteraly just dropping off your lugage.

Good location, near to the Airbnb. Easy to talk to staff, know English enough to use the app and collect the bags.

its super safe, they give u number for ur bag so no one else can take it. i recommend. the only thing is that the reception and luggage room is in -1 floor so if you have a heavy bag its not very convenient but its okay. 100/10

Very nice smell, very friendly manager and good location near the station.

They were very friendly, even when we were a few minutes late. Communication was very easy and quick as well.

Everything was smooth and we got our bags. We just have safety conserns which is the main reason for the lower score. The staff in this hostel locked our bags into a special room with tags on them, but the let us put the bags into the room and also get them. For full security we wouldn’t be allowed into the luggage room at all. Staff should pick up our bags and hand them to us at the counter.

Location was convenient, in the food court in the bus station. Luggage had to be handed over the food counter which isn't ideal but still fine. Communication was good and the man behind the desk was friendly and helpful.
