thank you for being so nice and helpful! It was a little hard to find the store as there are no signs outside with the name of the store but very friendly staff and easy transition once we were there. I would trust them with my belongings again.

While the drop-off and safety here were perfect, the pickup was a little bit stressful! Since Bounce said the pickup times occurred until 8pm, we thought 6:30pm would be a good pickup time. When we arrived at 6:15pm to pick up our bags before heading to the airport, and there was nobody in sight, we were a little worried. Luckily we got it all figured out — we’d just appreciate a warning about the closure next time!

That was a super easy process (great location for us) and the staff that helped us was very friendly and made it quick and painless. We felt comfortable leaving our luggage there and appreciated the longer hours for our return pickup (which was also easy). Thank you!

it has a locked gate with a code, and we had to stand there a bit wondering how to get in, but someone came by pretty quickly..they stored our bags in a back shed, which was fine. I'm not sure how secure it was but we took our important belongings with us. It was easy to get them back that night on our way to the airport. Great location, tad bit expensive, but there really wasn't any other options of storage past 5pm. This place was open until midnight.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This service was a lifesaver as our plane was delayed and we were able to get lunch and do some other things before picking up our bags to head to the airport. Thank you so much!
