i have used Bounce at this location before, and had just as good an experience with it this time as i did last time. check-in and retrieval processes were both smooth, but not all hostel employees seemed to be familiar with the process (that is, more experienced employees had to take over).

Great experience! We had to check out of our hotel by 11, but our flight wasn’t until 7, and we didn’t want to waste the day at the airport. We checked in online, dropped off our luggage, and were able to enjoy the mall for the day. Drop-off was quick and easy, our bags were kept safe, and we didn’t have to haul them around. Highly recommend!

Quick and easy, but the luggage was stored in an isle in back of the store, so not locked away in a room which I would’ve preferred. Still, my luggage was safe and the woman working there was very kind.

Very easy process! Staff even gave me a little slip with the bag tag number to make sure it was secure as well. Would recommend!
