This location is located across the street from Ala Moana Center's parking lot. We stored our bags here after we checked out our hotel so we can go shopping before our 10pm flight. The staff is friendly and our belongings were secure. I highly recommend this spot.

Both checking in and out went smoothly in a few minutes. At check in, the first person at the store wasn’t too familiar with the bounce service. But someone else helped her quickly.

The owners even returned our luggage to us outside of store opening hours. We were very grateful for that.

While the drop-off and safety here were perfect, the pickup was a little bit stressful! Since Bounce said the pickup times occurred until 8pm, we thought 6:30pm would be a good pickup time. When we arrived at 6:15pm to pick up our bags before heading to the airport, and there was nobody in sight, we were a little worried. Luckily we got it all figured out — we’d just appreciate a warning about the closure next time!
