Luggage storage Ala Moana

Easy drop off and friendly service. Right across the street from the mall where my family and I were able to walk around, shop, and get food while we waited for our evening flight. Highly recommend!!

I left two pieces of luggage at Lily's on December 31, 2025 before I left Honolulu for Australia and picked them on February 20, 2026 on my return. The two pieces of luggage were waiting for me just as I left them, with nothing missing. Flawless and seamless. Highly recommended.

This location is located right outside of Ala Moana Center. Can be accessed by walking directly through the mall. Very convenient location.

Great experience! We had to check out of our hotel by 11, but our flight wasn’t until 7, and we didn’t want to waste the day at the airport. We checked in online, dropped off our luggage, and were able to enjoy the mall for the day. Drop-off was quick and easy, our bags were kept safe, and we didn’t have to haul them around. Highly recommend!

Very easy process! Staff even gave me a little slip with the bag tag number to make sure it was secure as well. Would recommend!

My first time using any bag storage other than airport so I was nervous about security and whether there was a good process. It couldn’t have been better. Proper tagging system run on QR codes worked perfectly. Staff were fully trained and I was logged on their system even though I booked it minutes earlier. Good location for the mall and bus routes to the airport. Cost was half the cost of the Pearl Harbor museum. Bus stops for both are close by. Late pick up was appreciated. Highly recommended, would use again.

Convenient location, and good deal. Everyone who we interacted with was lovely. Just make sure you double check the store-closure time before selecting your pick-up time. We had a couple issues, but thanks to the host and the Bounce team, they were quickly resolved.

This solution really came in clutch because I couldn't bring my luggage to my parent’s place until later in the evening. The staff was friendly and efficient. 10/10 would recommend.

Honest review. I was very skeptical leaving our luggage’s there as I didn’t realize we were leaving it in a nail salon. However, staff was very friendly, check in and check out was quick, and I liked that customers were not allowed to go where they leave the luggage. Would leave my belongings there again , as it was safe and secured!! Thank you
