Great service! Easy to find an location inside the nail shop.

My first time using any bag storage other than airport so I was nervous about security and whether there was a good process. It couldn’t have been better. Proper tagging system run on QR codes worked perfectly. Staff were fully trained and I was logged on their system even though I booked it minutes earlier. Good location for the mall and bus routes to the airport. Cost was half the cost of the Pearl Harbor museum. Bus stops for both are close by. Late pick up was appreciated. Highly recommended, would use again.

Convenient location, and good deal. Everyone who we interacted with was lovely. Just make sure you double check the store-closure time before selecting your pick-up time. We had a couple issues, but thanks to the host and the Bounce team, they were quickly resolved.

This solution really came in clutch because I couldn't bring my luggage to my parent’s place until later in the evening. The staff was friendly and efficient. 10/10 would recommend.

Honest review. I was very skeptical leaving our luggage’s there as I didn’t realize we were leaving it in a nail salon. However, staff was very friendly, check in and check out was quick, and I liked that customers were not allowed to go where they leave the luggage. Would leave my belongings there again , as it was safe and secured!! Thank you

Bounce Luggage Storage was super easy to book, extremely affordable, and convenient for a day when I had to check out of my hotel at 11 but didn't have to be at the airport until 6 p.m. Drop off and pick up were simple, and it was convenient not to have lug my bags all around while I killed time. Will use Bounce again.

I appreciate the option of storing our suitcases somewhere other than terminal 2 of Honolulu airport. This one is conveniently located near Ala Moana. A little hard to find at first especially with Waze but afterwards it's easy to get to. I recommend this place if you're staying in the area but going to a neighbor island for a few days and come back. They were a lifesaver since the hotels don't keep luggages overnight.

One of the few places I could find in the area to store luggage. A little confusing to find (it is inside/part of the spa/salon), but the staff were very friendly. Super simple once you find the place.
