Discover Ala Moana Center luggage storage

drop off and pick up was very easy

Easy pick up and drop off. Opened more at 9:20am

Drop off and pick up was super easy. Highly recommend!

good, very easy and convenience.

We had an awesome experience with this service. It was our first timing using it after reading the on-line reviews. Everything was seamless from the time of booking the service right through to picking up our luggage. We enjoyed many hours in Honolulu before our flight without having to take our luggage everywhere we went. We changed the number of bags to stow away the day before and the on-line process was so easy! Such a great concept! Lily's Nail Salon in Honolulu is a convenient location and the receptionist there is fantastic! We would use Bounce again!

Very friendly service and affordable

We were new to Honolulu so bit tricky to find in such a large shopping centre but the Uber driver helped out! Once there all super easy to check in luggage and pick up later. Will definitely use Bounce in future. Excellent service and really quick and efficient.

We were on a cruise that dropped us off in Honolulu at about 9:00am but our flight was not until about 8:00pm. Bounce made a nice option to drop our bags off so we did not have to haul them around all day. This was a convenient location, and the price was very reasonable. The person at Popoki Massage was very nice and accommodating. Her business normally opened at 10am. We got there about 1/2 hour before and she was there. Allowed us to drop our bags earlier. I felt our bags were in a secure place. She did check our reservation and PIN at drop off and pickup. I have been referring Bounce to my friends. We will definitely keep Bounce in mind for future travel.

So glad we found this service!! We had almost a full day to wait until our flight and Popoki Massage was the perfect location to store our luggage! Conveniently located in Ala Moana Mall (close to the “W” line to the airport), friendly, helpful and trustworthy staff and very reasonably priced! Would highly recommend!!

Amazing service and the team at Popoki was terrific. Great location near where taxis pick up/drop off.

What an awesome service. I will definitely use again

Perfect location & timing for my flight schedule

Easy to find with Apple Maps. Good signage. Friendly staff.

Location was convenient and luggage was secure.

The store was easy to find. We had one more bag than we reserved, but they let us store it without an additional fee. Was simple and their food was good!
