It was a great experience visiting this place. It's a good spot to leave your luggage while exploring Honolulu. It's very reliable, and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Very friendly staff. We left 2 suitcases and a backpack and had no problems. We received clear instructions upon arrival to avoid any confusion. 10 minute walk from the cruise port and booking via the bounce app was very easy. I highly recommend it.

Works well when the store person knew about our reservations. We handed our carry on luggage and it's done efficiently. When we returned, the same person brought our luggage out. Very smooth and quick. For Bounce, the policy can be better when our luggage is small and light. It'd have helped if we could leave our backpacks with our small luggage as well without extra charges. The combined sizes and weights of our luggage and backpack are less than big suitcases. The store should have some leeway to keep our backpacks as well.
