Very easy to Lyft from Pier 2 cruise terminal over. Check in process a breeze. Staff friendly and helpful. Most importantly, everything there and in great condition when we got back. Easy peasy!!!

Easy to drop off our luggage from the pier while we spent the day at the beach. Called an Uber from the scuba shop to go to the airport afterwards. Easy peasy!!

This was an awesome experience! Got booted off our ship at 9:00 am and our flight home was 9:30 pm…dropped our bags with the woman who owns the shop. She was great! The whole process dropping off and picking up was super easy and the shop is very convenient to the cruise terminal. We just walked over from the ship!

Close to the Port...10 minute walking distance. Prices were very competitive, Staff were courteous and professional. Excellent communication and very friendly. Highly recommend their services! Will absolutely use them again if in town!

The staff were very friendly. We left two suitcases and a backpack and had no problems whatsoever. We received clear instructions upon arrival to avoid any confusion. It's a 10-minute walk from the cruise port, and booking via the Bounce app was very easy. I highly recommend it.
