Wow..that was super easy and they were really nice!!

We arrived to drop our bags off but the owner had left to give someone a ride so we waited about 10minutes for her to come back. I had an extra bag which was easy to add on for $6. Our bags stayed in the spot where we left them with tags for identifying. It was very close from our cruise port although we Ubered there.

It was easy to walk to from the pier. The service was friendly and efficient. And it was so nice to be able to securely leave our bags and explore before we went to the airport. I highly recommend!

They were super friendly and explained everything. This was my first time using bounce, and it was very convenient.

Everyone was so nice and gave us many suggestions for what to do our first day. We didn’t have check in until 4 and they held our bags and were so kind and welcoming. On our departure day we were running late to pick up our bags and they were so gracious enough to wait for us it was so kind.

This was my wife’s and my first time using the Bounce app and our first trip to Hawaii, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what we had with Ocean Therapy Charters Honolulu. We had just debarked from our 7-day cruise at 7:30 AM, but our flight home wasn’t until 8:40 PM. We needed somewhere safe to store 3 large checked suitcases and 4 bags full of souvenirs while we explored Honolulu for the day. From the moment we arrived, the owner and staff made us feel welcome. Not only did they help us unload our luggage from the Uber, but they also shared great recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and things to do nearby. That local knowledge really helped us make the most of our last day in Hawaii. What truly impressed us happened later that evening. Since it was the 4th of July, Honolulu was incredibly busy. Between cruise passengers, visitors arriving for the holiday weekend, trips to Pearl Harbor, and the celebration of America’s 250th Independence Day, rental cars were nearly impossible to find and rideshare traffic was a nightmare. Our Uber was delayed getting to us, and then we got caught in even more traffic trying to return to pick up our luggage. Even though they officially closed at 6:00 PM, they graciously waited for us to arrive. They never rushed us, never charged any late fees, and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Instead, they greeted us with smiles and even helped load all of our luggage into our vehicle. I also have mobility issues and use a knee scooter, and everyone went out of their way to accommodate me with kindness, patience, and respect. That level of customer service is rare and made a lasting impression. Our belongings were safe, secure, and exactly as we left them. The location is also fantastic—very convenient to the airport, making it an ideal place to store your luggage before or after your flight. If you’re considering using Bounce in Honolulu, I highly recommend choosing Ocean Therapy Charters. They turned what could have been a stressful travel day into a smooth and enjoyable experience.
