This was my wife’s and my first time using the Bounce app and our first trip to Hawaii, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what we had with Ocean Therapy Charters Honolulu. We had just debarked from our 7-day cruise at 7:30 AM, but our flight home wasn’t until 8:40 PM. That local knowledge really helped us make the most of our last day in Hawaii. What truly impressed us happened later that evening. Since it was the 4th of July, Honolulu was incredibly busy. Between cruise passengers, visitors arriving for the holiday weekend, trips to Pearl Harbor, and the celebration of America’s 250th Independence Day, rental cars were nearly impossible to find and rideshare traffic was a nightmare. Our Uber was delayed getting to us, and then we got caught in even more traffic trying to return to pick up our luggage. Even though they officially closed at 6:00 PM, they graciously waited for us to arrive. They never rushed us, never charged any late fees, and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Instead, they greeted us with smiles and even helped load all of our luggage into our vehicle. I also have mobility issues and use a knee scooter, and everyone went out of their way to accommodate me with kindness, patience, and respect. That level of customer service is rare and made a lasting impression. Our belongings were safe, secure, and exactly as we left them. The location is also fantastic—very convenient to the airport, making it an ideal place to store your luggage before or after your flight.
