We used the Bounce app to leave our suitcases at the UPS store in Honolulu for the day. We downloaded the app, selected the UPS store and service, paid, and our suitcases were taken from us. Great service, it really couldn't be easier! 5 stars+

Easy yo book, great service, very practical especially as I am travelling on to a cold country but I didn't need winter clothes around the Hawaiian Islands.

The Bounce experience was very convenient for me. I arrived in Hawaii at 8AM but couldn’t check into my AirBnb until 3PM. It was great not having to carry my duffle bag around for 7 hours. I was able to move freely through Waikiki. The pricing was very reasonable too…I for sure plan to use the service again on my next trip.

A couple of times using Bounce at this Waikiki location, and it's convinced me that next time I'll stay at this hostel - just a really great community and amazing location

What a super idea when stuck with your luggage waiting for your flight, but want to enjoy the sites nearby!! Thank you ! We were able to visit the zoo and aquariam and had an amazing day while waiting for our evening flight!

A great place, and they're happy to help out if you also need to use their fridge/kitchen, bathroom, or need to just chill for a bit.

Storage : Your stuff will be placed in a room with other luggage and a number will be assigned to you. When picking up, the staff will open a door thats locked with a keypad and let you take your luggage from there while they stand outside the door. It seems like you can just take any bag at this point but they did take my number card after... assuming for verification... so I did feel it was more or less safe. I had extra locks on my bag (paranoid) and they weren't at all tampered with or moved around so that was nice. (I had some things I definitely didn't want stolen in my backpack so I was glad that there were a few elements of safety here that I could rely on) People : Super friendly and helpful. I asked if I could use the outdoor shower after a swim and they were kind enough to even lend me a towel and take some soap from the lost and found. Even gave me a free coffee afterwards!! My stuff was safe and sound, nothing was out of place or missing. They were also kind enough to let me decompress after my shower in their common outdoor area... super clutch after a long day of moving around. Location : Pretty close to a bus stop (about a block away) and the beach nearby is a lot less busy than the main part of Waikiki so it is pretty nice depending on your personality. I ended up watching the sunset up in Waikiki so I had to take all my stuff prior to that... but if you want to watch the sunset in that area or just swim in a less crowded area then it's definitely a plus. All in all... for 8$? I got much more than I expected and would definitely recommend this place.

I had so much luggage on my way to the Big Island that I checked in two suitcases. Thanks to that, I had a very comfortable trip. It's a paid service, but it's really helped me a lot physically. I'd love to use it again in other countries.

i have used Bounce at this location before, and had just as good an experience with it this time as i did last time. check-in and retrieval processes were both smooth, but not all hostel employees seemed to be familiar with the process (that is, more experienced employees had to take over).

Good simple luggage storage at the hostel! You don't need to stay to make use of this simple service. Great for before or after a cruise.

This place was amazing! We had a long 15-hour layover in Honolulu and wanted to go to the beach. Not only did they store our luggage, but they let us borrow towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella for our beach day. The beach is also only a block away!
