Friendly staff, nice looking hostel. Airconditioned lobby with power sockets. Convenient location near Monastiraki metro station for the metro to the airport. Luggage however was just placed in what looked like a bar (that was not in use during the day time) next to the lobby, our bags in plain sight every time the door to that space opened. No separate luggage room.

Top ratedAbsolutely terrific storage spot. The owner welcomed us and assisted with a clear explanation of facility usage. Retrieval of luggage was no problem. Our inquiry for where to locate 2 cabs to take us to the airport was met with an offer to call and book a van for the 4 of us. When the van was not available, he called and booked 2 cabs. Then he escorted us to the street and waited to insure the cabs arrival. When the 2nd cab was a few minutes late, he followed up with another call.... checking on the delay. And then he continued to waited on the street to confirm with the driver our airport destination and fixed costs. Wow! Thank you Bounce

We happened to leave our water inside the luggage so when we asked about it, the guy gave us 2 water bottles for free from the fridge since it was a very hot day. When we got to collect our bags, we didn't wait any minute and when he came back with our bags, he brought us a magnetic us gift for leaving our begs in his store. Highly recommended!

Not the easiest to find, but the lady noticed us and came out to let us know we were in the right place, helped with the process, gave us cold water after our trek uphill, restaurant recommendations and an umbrella to borrow when it started to rain! Great service!!! In general, it would be nice if Bounce had the name of the business on the app or a photo of the location for new people who might not know how this works. Also, a claim ticket or something would have made me feel more secure. Not just the QR code.

Convenient location inside a mini market just a couple of blocks from a metro station. Easy drop off, had to wait in line with mini market customers to pick up but it didn’t take long. Great service, got a crepe while we were there!
