Discover Syntagma luggage storage

Nothing bad to say, we left a suitcase at the property for 6 nights because we were traveling around the Greek islands. Excellent service and very efficient drop-off and pick-up.

Super easy to drop off and pick up. Very kind man. Close to metro.

2nd time using this storage facility. Very polite and helpful staff. Handy to the Acropolis. Just be mindful it’s up some stairs.

Easy drop off, good communication and great location to station to airport - would use them again so recommend!

First booked the wrong address, but no problem, it was fixed quickly and easily in the app. Canceled the booking and made a new one. So a mistake is resolved quickly. Instills confidence. Will definitely return to Bounce.

The location was convenient. Once we reached we called the owner who came by in 5 mins to help us put our luggage away. When we came to pick up I called him ahead of time and he had taken out the luggage for us when we reached. It is not self serve but location is convenient and late opening time is useful if coming from a late flight.

Fast, pleasant, without any problems

Good place, reliable!

Very good place. Staff was very friendly

Easy drop-off and friendly staff

Easy to book, reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful

Easy drop off and pick up.

Very easy and convenient for visiting Plaka and Acropolis Athens

Once we found it (it's in a travel agency business location) with the help of the neighbouring restaurant, service was great! Need to reserve using the QR code at the door (look for the A4 sized instructions on the right of the door) using the Bounce app. Same app to retrieve bags. Very close to where we stayed, which was a bonus! Attendants were gracious and helpful.

Very kind, exquisite staff

Practical and convenient storage. Very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend it.

Everything went smoothly, quickly and easily.

As advertised, very friendly personnel

The place literally closing 17.00 do not think about to be late and the owner quite rude so do not expect welcoming just bag drop

Everything went super, I arrived at the cafe and showed my qr code and left the bags safely. Smooth experience!

Nice easy to drop great location!

Drop off and pick up process was very easy and smooth. Staff was very friendly. Location was great for Syntagma Square, as well as the X95 express bus to/from the airport.

The drop off/pick up process was very smooth! Staff was very friendly. Location to Syntagma Square and the x95 airport express bus stop is great!

Very convenient location, fast service. On a separate topic, I appreciated that Ace Cafe had a WC we could use, but the toilet seat and lid were not attached to the toilet, and they fell off the toilet onto the floor, which made it pretty challenging to use! Otherwise, the luggage storages service was very good!

Great service & friendly staff. A bit hard to roll luggage across the streets of Athens so I wish the drop off was closer to Syntagma Station! But I would probably use it again :)

The staff there were extremely nice and seemed delighted to help us with our luggage. We decided to add a bag to what we had already paid for and the woman at the front desk walked me through the process of adding one. All of the luggage was safely stored and returned when we arrived to pick it up. I highly recommend them!!

Highly professional service. Helpful and very patient staff. Good value for money. I recommend it!

Very professional, would use again.

Smooth and most pleasant interaction. Lovely staff. 100% would recommend if they are open within the hours you need.

Verky kind and helpful personnel 👍
